ปัญหาก็คือ charset ของ webmail ไม่ใช่ utf-8 ก็เข้าไปแก้ซะใน /var/www/ispcp/gui/tools/webmail/config แล้วค้นหา $default_charset = ‘iso-8859-1′; แล้วแก้เป็น $default_charset = ‘utf-8′; เซฟ จบ
